1. The principle of electrophoresis technology
The electrophoresis is basically the same as the traditional light and transparent electrophoresis. The anode electrophoresis is carried out under the action of direct current. With the action of the electric field, the coated particles with charge are moved to the coated workpiece, which precipitates the electrophoresis coating deposited on the surface of the aluminium profile, forming a layer of film. The electrophoretic coating includes acrylic resin, melamine resin, pigments, solvents, neutralizing agents, additives and other ingredients.
